As the house has two bedrooms, two artists can share both the house and the studio space.

Table, easel, and sink are in place and additional lighting has been installed in the studio to produce a good space for artists.
An additional bonus is that there is an art supply shop, Le Petit Cargo, just a one minute walk from the house.
